The Building and Standards Commission (BSC) is a state-mandated board that is responsible for specific construction rules and regulations created by Chapter 18 of the Code of Ordinances appeals, variances, and interpretation. It is also responsible for administrative appeals, condemnation, and mandatory repair or demolition of dangerous structures.
